We currently provide delivery services across Australia. Orders are dispatched from our local warehouses depending on where the products in your order are stocked.
Australia
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally packed and prepared for dispatch within 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
If we identify any incorrect or incomplete information, we may contact you by email to verify the details before dispatch.
2. Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped using Australia Post (AuPost).
Most retail and standard orders are shipped through Australia Post.
For a small number of wholesale orders being delivered to Western Australia, Aramex may be used where appropriate.
The carrier used for your order may depend on the order type, destination, package size and shipping arrangements.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier processing times and the delivery network.
Western Australia and other remote areas may occasionally require additional transit time.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
For Australia Post shipments, you can use the tracking number provided to monitor your parcel through the Australia Post tracking system.
For orders shipped through Aramex, tracking information will be provided where available.
Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately after dispatch. It can take some time for the carrier to receive, scan and update the parcel in its system.
5. Shipping Warehouses
Our products may be dispatched from our local warehouses in Sydney or Melbourne.
The warehouse used for your order depends on where the products you purchased are currently stocked.
If products in the same order are stocked in different locations, your order may be dispatched separately.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may vary slightly depending on the warehouse and products.
Selected products or eligible orders over $299 AUD may qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping eligibility may vary depending on the products included in the order and the warehouse from which the order is dispatched.
The applicable shipping fee or free-shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout.
7. Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
Sometimes tracking updates may take time to appear while the parcel is being processed or transported.
If your parcel is still not received after the expected delivery period, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number and tracking number so we can assist you.
8. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If we identify an issue with your delivery information before dispatch, we may contact you by email to verify the details.
If an order has already been dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional delivery arrangements may be required.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where necessary, we may request clear photographs or videos of the parcel, packaging and affected products to help us assess the issue.
Please keep the original packaging and products until the matter has been reviewed and resolved.
